Post merger integration for a recently merged petroleum company. This project focused on integrating all operations, from crude sourcing to supply at the retail pump, for a recently merged petroleum refining and marketing company. The initiative captured $40M in earnings improvement.
Post acquisition integration of a $178M Construction Materials producer: This engagement provided support to the due diligence program and the post settlement integration. This was a highly complex transaction requiring the coordination and integration of all HR, OH&S, S&M, Branding, Finance, Procurement, IT, Operations, Legal, Risk Management and Property & Environment activities. The integration is on track to deliver over $6M in synergies.
